  • Chiomino accepts payments via secure payment gateways including debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and COD (Cash on Delivery).

  • In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Your order is considered confirmed once we receive full payment (or partial confirmation in case of COD).

  • Chiomino reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

  • Customers can cancel their orders within 6 hours of placing the order, provided it has not been shipped.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to deliver orders within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, courier delays, or government regulations.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Chiomino is not responsible for undelivered or misdelivered items due to customer errors.
