We begin processing your order as soon as it is confirmed. Our general order processing timeline is:
- Standard Orders: Processed within 24–48 business hours
- Bulk Orders (5+ items): May require up to 72 business hours for packaging and handling
- Weekends/Holidays: Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays will be processed the next business day
We strive to dispatch orders promptly and keep delays to a minimum. If we anticipate any delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Locations
Currently, we ship across India with plans to expand globally in the future. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Delhi, ensuring quick delivery, especially within the NCR region.
We serve:
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, etc.)
- Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities
- Remote and rural areas, subject to courier reach
If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you to discuss alternatives or offer a full refund.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines from the date of dispatch are as follows:

4. Shipping Charges
We aim to keep our shipping transparent and affordable.
- Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹499
- Standard Shipping Fee: ₹49 for orders below ₹499
- Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹59 COD fee applies for all COD orders regardless of value
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly visible at checkout before you confirm your order.
5. Packaging and Handling
Every order from Chiomino.in is handled with utmost care.
- Our products are packed using bubble wrap, corrugated boxes, and tamper-proof packaging.
- Fragile items receive extra cushioning to prevent damage during transit.
- All packages are thoroughly checked before dispatch to ensure quality and quantity.
We believe in eco-conscious packaging and avoid excessive plastic wherever possible.
6. Delivery Partners

7. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email/SMS. You can track your package by:

- Visiting the courier’s website and entering the tracking ID
- Contacting us directly if tracking doesn’t update within 48 hours

8. Delays in Delivery
While we strive for timely delivery, certain circumstances may cause delays:

- Public holidays or transport strikes
- Incorrect/incomplete shipping address
- Courier network disruptions
- High-demand periods (Diwali, Christmas, Sale seasons)
We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, but we will assist you in tracking your package or issuing a refund/replacement when necessary.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
We take full responsibility for your order until it reaches you. However, in rare cases:
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item
- Share unboxing video/photos as proof
- We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the case
If an item is missing:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- We will verify packing logs and issue the missing item or refund
We do not entertain complaints made after 48 hours of delivery due to policy limitations with courier partners.
10. Address Changes After Ordering
If you’ve entered the wrong address, please notify us within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the item is dispatched, we cannot change the shipping address. In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.
11. Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines
If you choose COD:
- Ensure your phone number is active for delivery confirmation
- Be available at the delivery location
- Multiple failed COD attempts may lead to blocking of COD option for your account
