Return Policy

At Chiomino, we believe in providing products that reflect quality, design, and value. Each item in our collection—be it a glass bottle, lunch box, gym bottle, school bottle, or mug—is carefully selected to meet high standards. However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Window

  • You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, please ensure:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

  • You have the invoice/order ID or proof of purchase.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Products without original packaging.

  • Free gifts, offers, or promotional items.

  • Customized, limited edition, or final-sale items.


4. Returns for Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item is damaged in transit or you received the wrong product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Email us at chiomino.in@gmail.com with your order ID and clear photos or a video of the damage or wrong item.

  3. We will validate and, if approved, arrange a reverse pickup and send you a replacement or process a return.


5. Return Process

Here’s how to initiate a return:

  2. Mention your order ID, product details, and reason for return.

  3. If your return request is accepted, we’ll guide you on how to send the product back to us.


6. Pickup & Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our fault (wrong item, damaged product), return shipping is free of charge.

  • If returning for any personal reason (change of mind, color/style preference), return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

8. Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges only for size or variant changes, subject to availability.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within the same 7-day window.


9. Refunds After Return

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, or bank account (in case of COD orders).
