Refund Policy

At Chiomino, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in offering premium imported bottles, lunch boxes, glassware, and mugs that are thoughtfully curated for quality, design, and durability. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and fair refund process.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • The request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered, along with proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).

  • Refunds are not applicable for items purchased under clearance, final sale, or customized/personalized products unless damaged or defective.


2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Used, washed, or damaged products due to customer handling.

  • Products without original packaging or tags.

  • Gift cards, freebies, or promotional items.

  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at chiomino.in@gmail.com or call us at +91 98991 91220.

  2. Share clear photos or an unboxing video showing the defect or damage.

  3. Our team will assess the issue and arrange for a free return or exchange, or process a full refund as applicable.


4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

  1. Email us at chiomino.in@gmail.com with your order ID, reason for return, and relevant photos (if applicable).

  2. Our support team will respond within 1-2 business days with further instructions.

  3. Once your return is approved and received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.


5. Refund Timeline and Method

  • Refunds are made via the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).

  • If paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will request your bank details or UPI ID to process a refund.


6. Shipping Costs

  • If the refund is due to a product defect or wrong item sent, Chiomino will cover all shipping costs.

  • For voluntary returns (e.g., change of mind), return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer and are non-refundable.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your payment provider or bank.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at chiomino.in@gmail.com.


8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, they must go through the standard return and refund process.

  • To cancel your order, please email us within 6 hours of placing it.
